My earliest aliens were based on visibility/invisibility, there were 4 of them; the mirror/mimic, invisible by choice/the observer, the ignored and authority.
Patanjali, author of the Yoga-sutra, which is one of the earliest treatises among the early Indian writings, attempts to describe the process whereby human invisibility occurred.
